reBloom Clinical Trial Overview

85 subjects were enrolled in a double-blind placebo-controlled three-week study to evaluate the efficacy of reBloom in improving sleep. Applicants’ sleeping problems were assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and only healthy individuals that exhibited some symptoms of primary insomnia were enrolled in the study. After a 7-day wash-out period, subjects recorded a variety of sleep parameters each morning during a 7-day baseline period. The subjects then took the test or placebo product (based on their assigned group) 60 minutes prior to bedtime and recorded their sleep parameters during a 7-day test period. Test period sleep parameters were then averaged and compared to both the baseline period and the placebo group to determine effectiveness and statistical significance.
