Return Policy. At reBloom we stand behind our product 100% and your satisfaction as a customer is of the utmost importance to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping & handling)–no questions asked. Please read all the details of this policy carefully so there is no confusion regarding returns. In order to make a return, please call our customer service department (1-800-425-8131) within 30 days of the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions. As we sell a product that can be consumed in individual bottles, to qualify for a full refund (less shipping & handling), we actually have to physically receive your return and you may only have consumed a maximum of seven bottles out of the total order. All product being returned must be received within 10 days of receiving a return authorization. All returns must be sent to our San Francisco, California location. Unauthorized returns sent to our shipping facility in Georgia will be assessed a $15 processing fee. Authorized returns sent to our San Francisco location will be processed for a full refund with no additional fees. You will receive your refund, less shipping & handling, within 45 days from the date the product is received at our offices. You are responsible for the return shipment expense and we strongly suggest you send the package with delivery confirmation. We cannot take responsibility for shipments that we did not receive and that you are not able to show were ever delivered. Share with Friends Program. Share with Friends is a referral program that allows customers and fans ("Recommenders") of reBloom, via an email submission page on reBloom's website, to invite their friends ("Friends") to purchase reBloom. Each Friend that a Recommender invites via a time-stamped email submission via reBloom's website will receive a special discount code valid for their first purchase on www.reBloom.com. The Recommender will be eligible for a $10 Amazon gift card (or other gift of similar value) if, and only if, (i) that Friend is a first time purchaser on www.reBloom.com; (ii) that Friend purchases $20 or more of reBloom in one or more transactions on www.reBloom.com (excluding S&H and tax; net of all discounts); (iii) that Friend does not live in the same household as the Recommender; (iv) that Friend does not return their purchase at www.reBloom.com; (v) they are the first Recommender who invited that Friend to try reBloom via the time stamped email submission page on www.reBloom.com and that invitation came prior to the Friend's first purchase. There is no limit on the number of Friends that a Recommender may refer and be compensated for, but reBloom reserves the right to withhold compensation in the event of suspected misuse of the referral program such as spamming. The Recommender can expect to receive their $10 gift card reward within 60 days of each Friend's purchase (to make sure no one is gaming the system by purchasing and returning).
